Refund Policy
At Thara Beach Resort, we strive to offer a seamless experience to all our guests. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while balancing the needs of our operations and other guests.
1. Cancellation Refunds
Standard Bookings:

Full Refund: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.

Partial Refund: Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund.

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in or in case of a no-show are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Bookings:

These bookings are offered at discounted rates and cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.
2. Early Check-Out

Guests who check out earlier than the scheduled departure date will be charged for the full duration of the original reservation. No partial refund will be issued unless approved by resort management.
3. Refund Process

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Modifications to Bookings

You may request a change in your booking dates subject to availability and at least 48 hours in advance.

If the new booking dates have a higher rate, the difference must be paid. No refund will be issued for lower rates.
5. Force Majeure / Unforeseen Circumstances
In case of cancellations due to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other uncontrollable events:

We may offer a full or partial refund, or reschedule your stay, depending on the situation.
